Blissaro Return and Refund Policy
Welcome to Blissaro! We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you're not, we’re here to help you with returns and refunds.
1. Right of Withdrawal
Customers in Sweden, Belgium, and The Netherlands have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. No reason needs to be given. The withdrawal period begins the day after you receive your item.
2. Return Procedure
To return a product, please follow these steps:

Email us at info@blissaro.org within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and, if you wish, the reason for the return. -
Get a return number
You’ll receive a return number and instructions for returning the product. -
Prepare the return
Make sure the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Include the return number in the parcel. -
Send the return
Return the item to the address provided.
Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer, even in cases of defective or incorrect products.
3. Refund Policy

Full Refund
If the product is returned unused and in good condition within the 14-day period, we will issue a full refund including original shipping costs. -
Partial Refund
If the product is damaged or used, we reserve the right to deduct a portion of the refund to reflect the loss in value.
Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive your returned item and are paid back via the original payment method.
4. Exceptions
We do not accept returns for:
