Blissaro Shipping Policy for Belgium and the Netherlands
At Blissaro, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and efficiently. This shipping policy outlines our shipping methods, delivery times, and shipping costs for customers in Belgium and the Netherlands.
1. Shipping Methods
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:

2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on the selected shipping method and total order value:

Express Shipping Service: €3.95 or 60 SEK per order

Free Shipping: Available for orders over €50
3. Delivery Times
We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

Orders placed before 3:00 PM on business days are processed and shipped the same day.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM, on weekends, or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

5. International Shipping
Currently, Blissaro ships only to Belgium and the Netherlands. We are working to expand our international shipping options in the near future.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer service. We will investigate the matter and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a refund.
If your package arrives damaged, please report this to the courier and to our customer service within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a suitable solution based on your preference.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Orders
If you receive the wrong product or if any items are missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. We will resolve the issue promptly by sending the correct items or the missing products.
